Things I Missed to Mention

October 25

I braved the stormy weather and the flooded streets to find out I passed Bio and that I didn't have to take the removals and that I didn't have to repeat the subject which meant I wasn't going to be any more delayed than I am now.  Victory!  My heavy heart was relieved of its burden of more than 2 weeks.  Thank you God!  And thank you to all those who prayed for me.  Can I just say I love the people surrounding me?  The amount of encouragement and support they had given me was overwhelming!  I was moved to tears.  But then again, I am a cry baby so I don't know how that would make an impact.  Hmmm.

October 27

I went to a Diocesan Youth Gathering called Mission Possible 6.  Nothing much happened here really.  We paraded around the block and we participated in morning worship and all that.  I got to spend more time with my fellow community friends.  And I have a new ID for my collection.  Yaaay!  In all honesty, I wrote this down because we had pictures from the event.  Ooops.  I love balloons.

October 29

I registered to become a voter and so say hello to a new registered voter!  Oh god, I have been waiting for this moment since the 2010 national elections.  I have always believed that voting is a right we should all exercise.  People who do not exercise this right should not in any way complain about how the country is being run by the government.  My brother and probably the rest of my family is so sick of hearing that from me because I say it year after year after year.  But yeah, this is something I really believe in.  So much so that I lined up for 12 freaking hours to become a registered voter.  My legs are dead.  But a lot has happened in that 12 hours besides complaints and headaches: 1) I have met and conversed with people; 2) Someone actually hit on me that I was completely aware of.  Oh, god.  3) Witnessed nepotism (or more like a "kakilala-system") in all its glory.

October 31

Me and my crazy Merville youth friends walked around the village in costume.  Our age range?  13-20.  We had a lot of confused and mocking looks but what the hell, we had fun!  And we got candy!  Yaaay!  Plus, we got to meet and have pictures taken with adorable little kids!  Playing kids fora day rocked socks.  Oh hey, I dressed up as  lady bug again.  Hahahaha.

I'm a lady lady bug with a lollipop :>
I suppose you could say that this was our favorite baby :'>
Look at these cuties :>

November 4

The Wedding Singer, that is all.  Actually no, that is not all because I have all the feels with this movie.  Can you believe it was actually my first time watching this film?  Oh my god, all the kilig vibes!  Hihihihi.  This song is just :">

November 7

Enrollment day!  The first time I'm not going to bitch bout enrollment because it's the most hassle free enrollment I have gone through since entering the University of Pila.  At least for this enrollment, I got my Form5 in a day (despite having to wait 8 hours for it) because it usually takes about 3-5 days for it.  So yaaaay!  Say hello to my shit schedule though.  Oh well.  That gives me more time for recreation and studying.

A Very Summer Feel in the Christmas Season

Last weekend, me and some of my college friends went to Hamilo Coast, a beach resort in Nagsugbu, Batangas.  This was my first time in 10 years to go to a beach again so you can imagine how excited I was.  I don't even know why I was so excited because really- what do you do in the beach that you don't do in a pool?  But I don't know.  There's just something about the waves in the sea, the warm sand between your toes and the sun that toasts your skin.  I just love the idea of the beach. Or you know, maybe I've watched too much TV series or chick flicks that involve the beach.

And after endless summers of craving for the beach, I finally got it.  Yes, success!  Let me tell you, the beach did not disappoint.  Me and my friends soaked ourselves in the sun from 11 in the high noon until 4 in the afternoon.  Wow, talk about sunkissed.  I loved it, every minute of it.  I didn't really care about getting darker and to be honest, I didn't really worry about skin cancer at that moment (but dear readers, please, worrying about it is healthy).  I just wanted to have fun under the sun (hahahaa, award for cliche' lines inserted throughout this blog because I'm becoming a shit writer, really).

Oh and we took a lot of pictures.  Like the absolute vain people that we are

We went back to our friend's condo at around four to cook food.  Someone plugged in the Magic Sing and everyone drunk sang even if no one has opened booze (not yet anyway).  The songs in the Magic Sing was as jeje and as funny as it could be.  We sang Bulaklak and Spaghetti circa 2006.  And a lot more of those really funny, joke-time songs.

Bia and I went back to the beach at around 8 or 9 because I wanted to see the beach at night plus I wanted to experience a beach bonfire.  Yes, I am a loser.  Nothing much really happened but the beach is exceptionally lovely at night. I wanted to lay down the sand if only people weren't looking and if I wasn't wearing a skirt.  The beach was windy and cold at night.  The best part was the stars were amazing!  I really wish I had a house in the province because I absolutely love the stars in rural areas.  They are so much more visible and heavenly and magical.

Overall, it was a truly amazing trip to the beach and I had so much fun with my friends.  Oh, and this was my first out of town trip that was only with friends.  So yaaay! :>
